EDIT: full-veiw to see the texture - that's rly wot makes this look good

well this is one of the best things i've done in a while i think!! It took me a while too coz i was cleaning it all up.

Story behind it: Well it's about this boy who's goldfish died so he's sad and has gone up onto his roof. His fish was called Boy and so he got the nickname Fish - hence the title 'Sad Fish'. I was going for a kid's storybook look - like the first page type-thing.

How did i do it: Well first i drew the picture on paper and scanned it. I cropped the picture in PS then cleaned up my line work using this tutorial >> [link] by (it's quick and effective). Then i coloured it and shaded it the el-cheapo way (by getting a 27% transparent black). The i did the background & put it through the water colour filter (i think) and used the last texture filter on the whole background. The did the titles and inner shadow. guh!
